Our student cooking competitions will feature the best chefs of tomorrow, with teams representing Humber College and Centennial College.

Humber Food Truck will inspire you daily with food the team prepares from local products to show you how easy it is to eat healthy and go local.

Foodland Ontario spokesperson Chef Tawfik Shehata will inspire and educate you about the many ways you can use Ontario lamb on your menu.

And watch for Gordon Food Service’s Ingredients for Success campaign, featuring delicious and versatile products brought to you by Egg Farmers of Ontario, Mushrooms Canada, Ontario Turkey, and the Dairy Farmers of Ontario.

Now with almost 20 years of professional experience, Tom has created incredible menus and run brunches and breakfasts in high-end Montreal restaurants, airports, 5-star hotels and most recently in his very own Food truck, “The Egg Man”.

The Honourable Jeff Leal, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, cooks with chef Bashir Munye, using fresh Ontario ingredients.

Minister Leal was first elected to the Ontario Legislature in 2003 as MPP for Peterborough. He was named Ontario Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in 2014, and Minister Responsible for Small Business in January 2017.

Chef Munye's experience of food embraces many geographical and cultural boundaries. Born in Somalia and raised in Italy, he has called Toronto home for 22 years. He is currently working with Ontario Greenbelt in food literary and advocacy by educating multi-ethnic African chefs and food entrepreneurs in the accessibility of Ontario-grown culturally-diverse crops.
