In this session, food service professionals from Fairtrade-certified companies will discuss how they operate thriving businesses around their engagement for sustainability. Our guests will share their knowledge of the Fairtrade system, their privileged partnerships with coffee producers, and the benefits of Fairtrade for their brands, employees, and final consumers. This session will also be the opportunity to discuss the profitability of sustainability initiatives, such as Fairtrade, and the challenges operators face during their implementation.
