What are the dates, hours and location of RC Show 2017?

February 26, 10:00am-5:00pm

February 27, 10:00am-5:00pm

February 28, 10:00am-4:00pm

The RC Show is held at the Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place in Toronto


How can I reserve a booth for the RC Show 2017?

What is included with my booth?

  • 8’ Back Draping and 3’ Side Draping
  • Exhibitor Badges
  • Material Handling/Drayage
  • Light Nightly Booth Cleaning
  • A Listing in the Printed Show Guide (must be registered before Dec. 31, 2016)
  • Access to Dishwashing Stations


Do I need insurance?

Exhibitors must contact their insurance agent and secure all necessary coverage for all eventualities in respect to participation in the 2017 RC Show.  This includes Products/Completed Operations Liability coverage. Coverage should cover the days during the move-in, show dates, and move-out period.

All exhibitors should have Restaurants Canada Show additionally insured on their insurance certificate. All exhibitors MUST submit a copy of their Certificate of Insurance to Show Management as well as have a copy in their booth.

How many badges do I receive for booth personnel?

6 exhibitor badges per 10x10 (maximum 24 badges).


How do I register badges for booth personnel?

Click here to access your company name from the drop-down list. The password is your postal code.


Are there any exceptions to the booth height regulation?

Linear booth – 8ft

End-cap booth – 8ft

Perimeter booth – 12ft

Peninsula/Split Island booth – 16ft

Island – 16ft

Under no circumstances should you contract for design or construction of an exhibit without prior approval from RC Show Management.  Sketches must be submitted well in advance of show dates.  Show Management at its sole discretion may allow exceptions.


Can I use a credit card to pay for my booth space?

When will exhibitor registration open for RC Show?

Typically, we accept returning exhibitor applications at the show and offer first right of refusal commitment until April 30.


When are the move in/out dates?

Move-In Dates:
Thursday February 23        8am – 6pm

Friday February 24              8am – 6pm
Saturday February 25         8am – 6pm

Move-Out Dates:
Tuesday February 28       4pm – 10pm
Wednesday March 1       8am – 4pm

Show floor must be completely clear by Wednesday March 1 at 4pm


How do I order services for my booth?

How do I become a sponsor at the Show?

What is the Temporary Food Establishment Package?

It is an application found in the Exhibitor Services Kit to be completed by every food vendor and returned to the Toronto Public Health. ATTN: Irena Venger by Fax: 416-338-1643 or Scan/Email:


Do you have hand washing kits for sale?

Yes, we sell hand washing kits in our Show Office on-site located in Salon 106.
Cost is $40.


Do I need to apply for a Special Occasion Permit?

RC Show applies for and obtains a Special Occasion Permit for the duration of the event. We will post a copy in the Exhibitor Services Kit, email all exhibitors who have indicated Alcohol Sampling on their application as well as hand out a copy on-site at the show.


Where can I order ice for the Show?

Good news! We have an ice sponsor for the RC Show 2017. You can visit Cool King Refrigeration booth #2529 located in Hall A to pick up complimentary ice for the show days.


Is there any storage at the Show?

We do not have storage at the show. However, if you have something valuable that you would like to store in the Security Office located in Salon 108A, you may do so.


Are there any dishwashing stations?

We have two dishwashing stations. One is located in Hall A behind the Food Experience and the other is located in Hall B behind the Magnum Pavilion. We also have a slop sink located in Hall C next to the Shake & Sling washrooms.


How do I order cooler/freezer storage?

Cooler/Freezer storage is available at a cost. You can find the order form listed in the Exhibitor Services Kit.


What can I do with my leftover food items after the Show?

We have arranged for the food bank to collect leftover food as donation. Any items left as of end of day, Tuesday February 28, will be donated to the food bank.


Is there coat check?

Yes, there is coat check next to the Registration counter in the Galleria at the Enercare Centre.


Will Wi-Fi be available at the Show?

Yes, we have a Wi-Fi sponsor for the RC Show 2017 – free Wi-Fi!


How do I make hotel and flight arrangements?

Are children allowed on the show floor?

Absolutely no babies or children allowed on the show floor at any time.


How do I become a RC Member? What are the benefits?

Members receive complimentary admission to the RC Show and discounts on RC events plus access to tools, cost-saving programs and industry research to help operate and grow your business. You can sign up online here.


How do I register for the Breakfast With Champions event?

You can register for this event and all RC events through show registration site. Register for the show and choose all the events you would like to attend during RC Hospitality Week.
