Open to all Canadian chefs in the hospitality and foodservice industry. Must be 19+ and currently working in a commercial kitchen to be considered.

Four chefs compete to see who can make the ultimate fish wing and sauce combo and then you, the audience, have a chance to taste and be the judges on who is the winner.
