Join 12 chefs who will take to the kitchen for the ultimate culinary tribute to Canada's 150th birthday
New dishes will be inspired by the most exciting regional ingredients every day at the show, so be sure to come back and sample them all!

Visit our Outpost Tent in the Uniquely Canadian Food Experience area of RC Show 2017.
It's the central gathering place on the show floor for all chefs, hosted by three of your peers.
The hunt camp will be home to our three Wild Canadian Chefs: Derek Dammann, John Horne & Michael Hunter, and will also host the Chef Portrait Series station, where Brilynn Ferguson of Industry Ink will photograph all hosting and visiting chefs. Tanya Kelly of Blunt Roll is hosting a comfortable space for chefs to meet and relax, and for event guests to catch a glimpse.
Operating from 12 - 4pm each of the 3 show days, inside the Hunt Camp the 3 chefs will be offering some game snacks, with a few spaces to sit and or mingle. It’s the Chef’s club house… the hot line if you will.
