Director of Culinary, Chefs Hall
Brandon Olsen, the creative Chef behind some of Toronto’s most loved culinary brands. Brandon has founded Restaurant La Banane, CXBO Chocolate, Brando’s Fried Chicken. He is currently the Director of Culinary for Chefs Hall, a Chefs driven Food Hall located in the downtown core of Toronto’s financial district. Brandon also has Le Melon, an in-home dining experience that he and his wife Brittany created during the pandemic and has just recently launched a new fried chicken concept called The Grateful Chicken located in Chefs Hall.
