NEW: Restaurant Exchange App
Restaurants Canada, Restogreen and LEAF invite the industry to join us in our B2B eco-friendly circular economy movement through the Restaurant Exchange App. The REX app is a dedicated circular platform for the foodservice industry that allows you to post your show specials and generate additional revenue during the show and beyond. All show participants can use the REX app for free and be part of a comprehensive list of over a hundred sustainable suppliers looking to sell products and or buy products to reuse and reduce waste.

Each year more than 40% of the world's food goes to waste. In Canada, 58% of all food is wasted. Too Good To Go believes in a world without food waste and they're inviting restaurants everywhere to join.
The concept is simple: register your store on the app, post your unsold food for 1/3 the retail cost and watch the orders come in! Customers with the app will reserve a Surprise Bag of your food for same-day pickup. There is no scanning, uploading, or additional work needed.
Eliminating food waste at your stores is a great way to help the planet while also making more money. The discovery element of the app also introduces your food to new customers who are likely to return and purchase items at the full retail cost.
To learn how you can join, download the app today!
