How much does it cost to register?

Pricing for non-members (not including taxes)
Early Bird:  $45 (register before January 1, 2020)
Regular:     $65 (register before March 1, 2020)
On-site:      $90 (on and after March 1, 2020)

Who may attend RC Show?

When will you release the Schedule of Events for the RC Show?

We are constantly updating our schedule at a glance. The schedule is subject to change therefore check back for updates and new additions!


Are there any discounts if I buy multiple events?

You may purchase the All-Access Event Package at a discounted rate of $475. Package includes:
VIP Lounge Access at the Show
Enercare Centre underground parking
RC Leadership Conference ticket
Industry Night Out ticket
Breakfast With Champions ticket

Price goes up January 1, 2020. Members save $80 on package price above.

Will badges be mailed in advance of the Show?

We do not mail out badges. You may print your badge at home in advance or pick up on-site at the registration counter.


Do I have to be an RC Member to attend?

No, you do not need to be a member however RC Members get in FREE! Want to sign up? Click here.


Do RC Members receive complimentary badges to attend the RC Show?

Yes, you will receive 2 complimentary badges as an independent operator and multi-unit operators will receive an allotment specific to their category. For more information, call our Membership department at 1-800-387-5649 x 8006.

Can I use a credit card or a cheque to register?

We accept VISA, MC and AMEX. We do not accept cheques, purchase orders or wire transfers.


Are children allowed in the Show?

No one under the age of 19 is allowed on the trade show floor. There are no exceptions. Absolutely no babies/children allowed at any time.

Pets are not allowed. However, this does not apply to guide dogs or service animals. A guest with a disability accompanied by a guide dog or service animal will be allowed access.


What are the refund and cancellation policies?

There are no refunds.


Are substitutions permitted?

There are no substitutions permitted.


How do I make hotel arrangements?

Is shuttle service provided?

Shuttle buses will be available to and from hotels listed above (excluding Hotel X Toronto located across the street) between these hours:

Sunday March 1: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Monday March 2: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday March 3: 6:00am - 6:00pm


Can I buy something at the show and remove merchandise from the Show floor?

Yes, however the exhibitor must provide you with a receipt in order to walk out with merchandise.


How many exhibitors will be at RC Show 2020?

We have over 1100 exhibits with everything you need to run your operation.


Where can I get a wheel chair or mobile scooter for the Show?

Exhibitor Support Centre offers rentals. Located adjacent to Exhibit Hall D.


When will I receive my Show Guide?

Show Guide will be distributed on-site at the entrance of the show.

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code. But there’s no harm in dressing to impress.
