Celebrate and taste an exquisite traditional bison dish by Chef Jenni Lessard in the RC Pop Up Experience, Food Truck Experience and Breakfast with Champions Event. Interim Executive Director of Indigenous Culinary of Associated Nations (ICAN) Chef Jenni Lessard was the first female and Métis Executive Chef at Wanuskewin Heritage Park, a world renowned Indigenous Interpretive Centre.
