Registration Policies

• AGE: You must be 19 years of age or older at time of admittance. No persons under the age of 19, including infants and children are allowed on the Show floor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• TRADE ONLY: Show access is restricted to foodservice and hospitality industry personnel only. Proof of industry affiliation may be requested from Restaurants Canada Staff. If you are not affiliated with the foodservice and hospitality industry, Restaurants Canada has the right to cancel your registration and provide a refund.
• BADGES: Badges are non-transferable and non-refundable. Badge reprints will cost $99. Please make sure all information is accurate.
  The RC Show attendee badge provides access to the Show floor only during official Show hours.
• REFUNDS: Show passes or event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• CONSENT: By attending RC Show 2023 in-person, you consent to the use of your name, title, and company name and/or image by Restaurants Canada and their partners in any registered publishing, broadcast and cable media, without charge or obligation.
• ACCOMODATIONS: RC Show is committed to providing a barrier-free experience for people with disabilities. A support person accompanying a paying attendee with a disability is admitted free. Register at the on-site Registration counter in the Galleria at the Enercare Centre.
• SOLICITING/SUITCASING: Soliciting/suitcasing (including employment) at the RC Show is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply to Show rules may result in expulsion from the Show and forfeiture of Show badge and monies paid.
