Blaze Montana is an owner of Happy Accidents. The Spirited Awards “2022 Best New American Cocktail Bar”. Happy Accidents is a ~6000 Sq Ft high volume cocktail bar located in Albuquerque, NM. Happy Accidents features a draft wall with 100 faucets and almost 50 cocktails on draft, in addition to a made to order menu. Blaze has been designing and installing draft cocktail systems for over ten years. He has installed and retrofitted these systems in bars across the United States. California, North Dakota, and New Mexico were ground up construction and brand new installs. There have been several other states that he has consulted and he has trained lots of industry professionals about draft cocktails.
