Emma MacFarlane is an Economic and Business Advisor focusing on the Eastern USA. Her role is to serve as a bridge between the demand in the US and Ontario’s supply in the food and beverage industry and is specifically poised to assist in the expansion of export sales of Ontario food and beverage products. Since taking on this portfolio, Emma has played a critical role in the success of several international buyer programs, export preparedness workshops, and Ontario Pavilions at international trade shows including PLMA Chicago and Grocery Innovations Canada. Prior to her current position, Emma has worked portfolios such as Foreign Direct Investment, export preparedness and event management since her start with the OMAFRA in 2021.
