Tawnya Brant is the Chef/Owner of Yawékon Foods a catering and educational company focusing on reviving Haudenosaunee foods. Tawnya is also the Host of One Dish One Spoon on Aboriginal Peoples Television Network APTN. When not in the kitchen chef can be found tending to Mohawk Seedkeepers Gardens continuing the work of her late mother saving seeds and promoting traditional Haudenosaunee agricultural practices.
