Garland Canada Culinary Competition

Feb 24-26 - 11am Daily
Culinary Stage

Chefs will duke it out in front of a live audience and three celebrity judges to compete for over $5000 of cash and prizes.

Minimum five years experience required to qualify

Bocuse d'Or Canada

Feb 26 - 1pm-4pm

Watch Canada's top culinary titans face-off for a chance to represent Canada at the world's toughest competition for chefs.


Best Ontario Veal Sandwich

Hosted by Food Network Canada's John Cattuci, culinary students will face-off to create the ultimate veal sandwich.


John Bil Raspberry Point Oyster Shucking Competition

Top female bartenders will go head-to-head in a fierce battle of the cocktails! $10 from ticket proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.

National Latte Art

Coffee, Tea & Sweets Pavilion

Presenting their finest cuppas, baristas from across the nation will face-off to see who's latte art reigns supreme.

Part barista, part mixologist, competitors will develop boozy coffee beverages that showcase the best of both worlds.
